As we all can attest – ‘Time stands still for no man’ and so it seems for the aging woodlot at the rear of our property that has given our accommodation a certain ‘character ‘in the past.

Just before Christmas ’26 the loggers moved in and down they came !  – Not a pretty sight but we are getting used to it !

On the upside, we now get sunsets, a lot more light, healthier rooms and way less maintenance… the leaf blower has been retired and swapped for a set of golf clubs !
