Terms and Conditions

 All design elements of STAY KERIKERI  are legally protected and  trademarked.

 1:All quoted prices online and when booking direct are on a two person basis.  A $30 per person extra surcharge applies whether child or adult.  You must ensure you have booked for the correct number of guests.

2:A cancellation fee of the FULL TARIFF applies, if you fail to cancel or change your reservation at least 24 hours prior to the day of your expected arrival, or departure.

3: Late check-out requests must be arranged prior to departure day and are subject to room availability and occupancy levels

4:The guest acknowledges that they are personally liable for full payment of any damage to the room or property, either malicious or accidently caused by themselves or their guests.

5: Any additional cleaning required to restore our units to its normal condition will be charged to the guest responsible.  We reserve the right to charge cleaning costs, plus recovery costs, and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest.

6:  Children may use the pool only when supervised by an adult at all times

7:  We are pet friendly by prior arrangement, and doggie must be freshly washed and have their own bed.  A $30.00 fee applies.

8: Checkin is between 2:00 pm and 7:30pm.  If you are arriving later, please contact us for after hours check-in procedures.

: Spicy food policy – Cooking foods such as chillies/spices and fish sauces etc are going to permeate or ‘hang around’  around in the room for the next guest.  It is not acceptable for this to occur.   A common sense policy applies here ( if there is such a one ) Damage to soft furnishings caused by pollutants in the preparation of certain foods is totally unacceptable and will incur extra charges for cleaning and or replacement of said soft furnishings.
